It has been my dream to write and publish poetry since my early teens. This is my second book, the follow-up to We can do it too, and I would say that since the first book I have flourished and dug further into my soul as I've put it into writing. Some of the poems in here I was crying as I created them, which just goes to show how deep and heartfelt each poem is. All poems in this book were written whilst I was in a psychiatric hospital, and my message to all of you out there with mental struggles - You're not alone!
