An experimental study was conducted to determine the impact of yoga on menopausal symptoms in women. The goal of the Author's study is to determine how yoga affects menopausal symptoms in a woman who has recently undergone menopause. Main Objectives:
1. To evaluate and contrast the effects of yoga on menopausal symptoms between groups of menopausal women who practise yoga and those who do not.
2. To evaluate and contrast how menopausal women who practise yoga against those who don't.
3. To compare menopausal symptoms between groups of women who practise yoga and those who don't.
4. To examine the relationships between pre- and post-test menopausal symptoms and the chosen demographic factors in both the yoga and non-yoga groups of menopausal women.
5. To investigate the correlation between menopausal symptoms before and after the test and the chosen clinical characteristics in the yoga and non-yoga groups of menopausal women.
6. To examine the relationships between the pre- and post-test quality of life and the chosen demographic factors in the menopausal women who practise yoga and those who do not.
7. To examine the relationships between pre- and post-test quality of life and the chosen clinical characteristics in the menopausal women who practise yoga and those who do not.
Yoga is a safe, restorative & un-complicated alternative therapy that may be done in the comfort of one's own home. In terms of practicing yoga, menopausal women displayed a positive outlook and a willingness to do so.
