The abbreviated reference to these Special Bulletins, S. B., is used herein. Thus, the citation for Special Bulletin, No. 81, page 290, is 81 S. B. 290. Special Bulletin No. 162 is a General Outline and Index to the fourteen Special Bulletins in the series, 81 to 161, enumerated above, and to the monthly Industrial Bulletin 's reviews of opinion cases later than those in 161 until September 1, 1930.
