After the US General Elections I felt challenged, angry, depressed and sad. Drawing, writing and finding inspiration sayings helped me cope. The title Windshield comes from as we navigate through our lives we have things hit our windshield. Things like bugs, mud, rain, Fear, Anger, Grief, Resentment hit the windshield. As time passes these things sticking on the windshield start to distort our vision and make it hard to see cleary. Art, poetry, music, nature help us clean our windshield. Meditation and Yoga also help. This book "Windshield" helped me, I hope it will help you as well. How to use this book: Take a moment with each image, close your eyes, meditate and using the starter line drawing on the next page, draw what comes to you. Use whatever media you like, crayons, ink, paint etc. feel free, let your hands go without judgment and see what happens. Have Fun!!
