On the edge of a collapsing society, families are left struggling to care for their children. The government offers a solution - send their children to special camps. They will be cared for, with only one stipulation - their memories will be erased in order to protect them from the pain of their pasts. Things are not always as they appear. Eleven-year-old Naomi lives in the Canyon Region facility. One afternoon, the camp director makes the children an offer to restore their memories.
