When You Got to Go, You Got to Go

I know how painful it can be when you have to go to the bathroom so bad, and there is no place to go. I suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) my entire life, so this is a subject I am very familiar with. I typically use the bathroom six to eight times per day. So you can imagine how difficult it is for someone like me to maintain a normal life knowing when I leave the house, a toilet may not be available. I shared a few stories of my struggles in this guide. Some of the stories are funny to you but not so much to me. Some stories you will most definitely relate to. I bet many of you experienced much worse conditions. I also shared some personal adventures, not sure why, but I just did. I hope this guide helps you understand not to let this condition dominate you. Plan A is always the number one choice. Plan B, C, D, etc., are also all good choices. Any choice you make will be a good one as long as it's out of your body immediately so you can be on your way.
