Excerpt from Water Supply Outlook for Arizona and Federal-State-Private Cooperative Snow Surveys: As of Feb. 15, 1976Warm temperatures accompanied by rain have reduced the snow cover at the lower elevations. Where there was little or no rain, however, snow cover increased significantly.
