Pillsbury, Deputy Commissioner of the United States Employees' Compensation Commission for the 13th DistrictThat on or about the 23rd day of July, 1934, Deputy Commissioner Pillsbury forwarded to the complainants herein, a notice of hearing on his own initiative on a notice of hearing form, wherein it was shown that the claimants were the relatives of R. Merton, deceased, and that the purpose of the hearing was to ascertain whether deceased left any person dependent upon him for support.
