Through the Frozen Falls offers a collection of poetry that captures the innermost emotions of author Mary Lou before, during, and after her recollection of experiencing sexual abuse in her childhood. These verses are presented in two parts. The poems of the first part were written at a time when Mary Lou's emotions were stagnant and frozen.
