JACOB TRIGG, an author and father of two boys, had repressed emotions most of his life. Once he learned how to process emotions, his life, as well as the lives of his family members, improved dramatically. As a mindfulness and yoga practitioner for more than twenty years and a project manager for more than ten, his mission is to normalize emotional expression by sharing insights and practices to safely feel and clear the energies of motion, or emotions.
