Milner, of this Office, which summarizes the results of numerous experiments carried on in connection with the nutrition investigations of the Office of Experiment Stations, as well as data gathered from publications of the agricultural experiment stations and general sources.Perhaps no article of diet is more important than milk, and the present bulletin discusses such questions as composition, digestibility, care of milk in the home, use of milk in cookery, and its economy as compared with other foods.
