The Role of the Domestic Law of the Host State in Determining the Jurisdiction ratione materiae of Investment Treaty Tribunals: The Partial Revival of the Localisation Theory? focuses on the largely unexplored role of the host state law in jurisdiction ratione materiae of investment treaty tribunals.
