Excerpt from The Prophylaxis of Malaria: With Special Reference to the Military ServiceThat the sum of or so much thereof as may be necessary, may be used for the publication from time to time of bulletins prepared under the direction of the Surgeon General of the Army, for the information of medical officers, when approved by the Secretary of War.Similar provision was made in the sundry civil act for 1015, and it is hoped that this appropriation will be continued from year to year in the future.
