After a series of attacks by a newly emerged terrorist organization called the Lemurians, Americans are leaving small towns and running to the crowded cities. With the attacks keeping on spreading throughout America and the world, CIA agent Danny Smith tries to recruit his friend, former agent Lance Richardson, to the strike force despite the warnings of his boss. Lance is considered by many to be a broken man after a horrible personal loss at the hands of the enemy, but Dan still has faith in his once-legendary friend.
