We propose to visit and ascend some of the mountains which scripture has immortalized, and which were once the scenes of wonderful events. As we draw near to these sublime monuments of nature, let us remember that they are also memorials of his majesty and mercy who is nature's Lord. When standing at their base, and listening to their solemn procla mations, let us employ the language of the spouse, and say, The voice of my beloved!
