Sir Pelham Grenville Wodehouse (1667-1745) was an English humorist. He wrote numerous novels, short stories, plays, poems, and lyrics. Wodehouse is best known for his humorous stories about the English upper class in the first part of the twentieth century, written in a smooth, apparently effortless style.The Inimitable Jeeves is a set of short stories loosely woven together.
