It is composed of three representatives from each class, the presidents of both the freshman and sophomore classes and representatives from all the clubs in the college.The council's function is to coordinate and promote all student activities. Under its leadership numerous dances and parties were held. The highlight of the social season was the dance at which Leonard Smith and his orchestra played.Assemblies were an important item handled by the council. This year funds were available to have interesting outside speakers from time to time.
