But in all parts of the country it seems to me that there is theological restlessness. I constantly meet with men who hold the substance of the Evan gelical Faith, but who declare themselves dissatisfied with the intellectual representation of it, which has become a tradition in Evangelical Churches. I think, too, that there are the clearest signs that even those who stand fast by the Evangelical definitions of the last century are not likely to have many suc cessors.
