Excerpt from The Charter and by-Laws of the College of Pharmacy of the City of New-York: To Which Is Added a List of the Officers and Members, &C, IV. The Trustees shall have power to issue certificates of mem hership, to adopt rules and regulations in the examination of candi dates, and the granting of diplomas to those who shall have attended two courses of lectures of the College, and have studied four years with a respectable Druggist or Apothecary, and shall have undergone a satisfactory examination by the Trustees, assisted by the Professors of the College.V.
