In other respects the work follows the lines of previous issues, with the additional features indicated m the preface. The volume has been edited by Mr. Ernest H. Godfrey, and grateful acknowledgments of valuable co-oper ation are again tendered to officers of the Dominion and Provincial Governments and of Municipalities throughout Canada. The tables have been compiled as usual by Mr. James skead and Mr. Joseph wilkins, and the diagrams have been drawn by Mr. R. E.
