Proximal humerus fracture are not uncommon. Earlier these fracture were treated conservatively but now these fracture are treated surgically with different technique, viz, percutaneous pinning, locking plate tension band wiring and nail. There exist controversy regarding all these different technique used for managing these fracture. This book includes systematic review of literature, description of surgical technique with images and critical evaluation of results with established reliable methods.
