Excerpt from Special Statutes and Provisions of Charters Regulating School Systems in the Several Cities of New York StateIt shall also appoint from time to time such other employees including teachers and attendance officers as the school system may require, the amount of their compensation shall be fixed by the board of estimate and apportionment.
