Excerpt from Sixth Catalogue of Theta Delta Chi, 1911The official letter of the President of -the Grand Lodge, N o. 7, dated June 1, 1907, instructed the Charges to establish card indexes, bring the information about their graduates up to date and prepare for a new Catalogue.The Editor of the Sixth Catalogue was appointed by Edward John Cook, 53 '95, P. G. L., on March 31, 1908. On April 19, 1910, the Grand Lodge instructed the Editor to proceed with the preparation of the Cata logue based upon the information furnished by the staff of Assistant Editors. On May 27, 1911, the Grand Lodge instructed the Editor to publish the catalogue. Proof was submitted to the Assistant Editors during August, 1911, for their revision to date, and corrections were' received and entered until September 19th, so that all the information contained in this catalogue is not only absolutely correct in accordance with the records of each Charge, as reported by the Assistant Editors, but is up to date as well.In presenting the Sixth Catalogue of O A X, the Editor wishes to express his deep appreciation of the assistance of Frederic Carter, EA 90, Custodian of Archives and Editor of the Fifth Catalogue, whose help and fund of fraternity information was of the greatest value, to Robert Stephen Emerson, Z '98 and James Currie Hallock, A 91 for their assistance with the clerical details, and to each of the Assistant Editors who furnished the information about the fraters in their various Charges.About the PublisherForgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
