Lenoir were held in the Chapel of Rest, at eleven o'clock, July 28, 1890. The solemn Burial Service of the Protestant Episcopal Church was read by the Rev. James A. Weston, who also preached the Memorial Sermon. The Body was reverently laid to rest in the Lenoir Family Cemetery, at Fort Defiance, by the side of his wife and child.
