Excerpt from Saqqara Mastabas, Vol. 2: Part IIThe drawings from the tomb of Ty were made by Lady Petrie, Miss Hansard (mrs. Firth), and Miss Kingsford (lady Cockerell). These were made before the publication of the tomb by Professor Steindorff, but it was considered advisable to publish them here on a sufficiently large scale for detailed study.For the same reason the figure of Seker-kha-bau is republished on a large scale. Miss Hansard's careful drawing of the necklace was the first indication to me of the importance of that priestly ornament.
