Smiley, at the Lake Mohonk House, Ulster County, N. Y., June 2, 3, and 4, 1897. Six sessions were held. This Report contains the stenographic account of the proceedings, which consisted of papers, addresses, and discussions on the subjects of an Anglo-American treaty of arbitration, a permanent international tribunal, and kindred topics.One copy of this Report is sent to each member of the Conference.
