The Court of Justice consisting of a President and seven Members, and possessing Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction. The Court of Vice Admiralty both of Prize and First Instance, a Court for the recovery of small Debts arising in Cape Town, and not exceeding 300 rixdollars 108.
