Ramp was commissioned and developed by American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, with further development support from New Dramatists, the Hip Hop Theater Festival / Hi-Arts, Southern Rep, LAByrinth Theater Company, New York Stage and Film, The Herb Alpert Award/Cal Arts, the Cherry Lane, The New Group, the O'Neill Theater Center, New Georges, The Park Avenue Armory / Carrie Mae Weems. First workshop 2010.Mushroom began in collaboration People's Light in Malvern, PA in 2013. The commission was for the playwright to imagine a new play grounded by stories of people living in its radius of Chester County. First workshop 2015, Mushroom will premiere at People's Light in the Fall of 2022.
