Mr. Curtis Guild, president, in the chair, Mr. Wm. Clarence Burrage, secretary. After the election of new members and the reading of the regular reports, the president called attention to a large number of gifts and loans. Among them was the original report of the executors of the Huguenot councillor, James Bowdoin, consisting of fifty-five pages and, signed by the executors, Gov. James Bowdoin, James Pitts, and Thomas Flucker.
