Cyril James, Chairman, Advisory Committee on ReconstructionI will refer brie¿y, because much of the preliminary work has been conducted by it, is the Sub Committee to Study Problems of Canadian Agriculture, with particular reference to the need of raising the standard of living of all Canadians to a desirable nutritional level, and the probable developments in the international movement of Canadian agricultural products1, and 1to recommend to the Committee on Reconstruction a comprehensive programme for the rehabilitation of Canadian agriculture at the end of the present war.
