For a commercial orchard plant a good number Of York Imperial. If you already have a liberal supply of that variety, then plant Stay man Winesap. Jonathan, Grimes, and Rome Beauty, but always enough of a kind to make a carload when in fair bearing.In reply to question Is it safe at this time Of year to cut back to a definite bud?
