Six scientific meetings have been held, namely, Chicago, December 31, 1907 January 1, 1908, Ithaca, July 9 - 11, 1908, Washington, November 17 - 18, 1908, Omaha, December 7 - 8, 1909, Washington, November 14 - 15, 1910, and Colum bus, November 13 - 14, 1911.
