BIOGRAPHYLinda Mae Foster was born to the proud parents of Leona and Roy Foster in the year of 1965 in Detroit Michigan. Leona and Roy, along with her grandmother known as Mother Bivins instilled Christian values in her as a child and Linda became a born again Christian at the age of sixteen. She is now the mother of three young adults named James Earl McAbee Jr., Loreal Jovan McAbee, and Christopher Elijah McAbee. Linda wrote her first poem called "Still Waters" and entered it in the National Library of Poetry, winning the First Editors Choice award. It was later published in a book called "Verdant Lands of spring." She took her career path in childhood education working in Detroit public schools, then later became a teacher at a daycare. She also worked in Roseville public schools, now she works as a caregiver for people with mental and physical disabilities. Linda experienced many obstacles and hardships in life which inturn caused her to mature in making positive choices, growth, and responsibility. Now she wants to encourage others to grow, improve, become better, and to overcome every obstacle in their lives and hope it will bring them into great success.Linda Mae Foster
