Halloween at a supernatural prep school is the best. How could it not be? All the best costumes and over-the-top decorations, and the entire town joining in the fun... not to mention an old-school twist on the celebration to honor the Harvest Moon and the first year Rusty and his friends are allowed to go out with no parents, it's just enough to make this the best Halloween ever.
