Excerpt from Monatsschrift für Kinderheilkunde, Vol. 2: Literatur 1903Beim Harnstoff ist das Verhältnis n:c bekanntlich Wenn man in einer Urinprobe eine Bestimmung des N und C ge macht und nahezu dieses Verhältnis gefunden hat, wird man den Schluß ziehen, daß unter den organischen Bestandteilen dieses L'rins der Harnstoff sehr stark vorschlägt, ist die relative Zahl für C erheblich größer als 43, so muß der Urin neben Harnsto mehr Stoffe enthalten, die arm an N (oder gar N-frei) und reich an C sind, respektive einen solchen Stoff in erheblicher Menge. Auf die Wichtigkeit des Verhältnisses n:o für die Analyse des (nicht diabetischen) Urins hat meines Wissens in neuer Zeit nament lich Rubner die Aufmerksamkeit wieder gelenkt, nachdem schon früher 0.
