Angebote / Angebote:

Excerpt from Mississippi Law Journal, Vol. 6: December, 1933Reform in the Inferior Courts - A Suggestion. In view of the facts set forth in this study, the writer is inclined to agree with a committee of the Mississippi State Bar Association that it is necessary to have some tribunal constantly in reach everywhere in the state.50 The conditions in Mississippi seem to warrant the retention of the justice of the peace court, though not in its present form.Having arrived at this conclusion, two propositions present them selves for immediate consideration, namely, should the county court be continued in the counties where it exists and perhaps extended into other counties, and should separate municipal courts be maintained in the incorporated places? These will be considered in the order in which they were stated.About the PublisherForgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
