Montgomery were appointed a Committee to prepare a Narrative of the state of religion for Synod.On motion, Rev. J. Hi Smith and Rev D. Lacy, D. D., with Mr: John Morrow, were appointed to prepare for Synod a Report on. Systematic Benevolence.A letter from Rev. T. B. Neill was read, requesting to be disc missed from this Presbytery to join the Presbytery of Charles ton.
