Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, (SIDS), and premature birth have been linked to carbon monoxide exposure by pregnant women. Other symptoms of low-level CO exposure are headache, nausea, dizziness, flu-like illnesses, upset stomach, vomiting, drowsiness, disorientation, and shortness of breath.
