Knowledge, Technology and Law examines the interface between studies of law, science and society, from the perspectives of socio-legal studies and science and technology studies (STS). The relationships between law, science and society are central to a diverse range of practical, ethical and theoretical issues. This collection charts the important interface between studies of law, science and society, as explored from the perspectives of socio-legal studies and the increasingly influential field of STS.
