Grow on the sea bot tom Or are gradually deposited there, and most fishes find it difficult to dive to great depths in search Of their food. The bottom Of the ocean is very similar to the ground above water, there are val leys and hills. And mountains with high peaks that sometimes push their heads above the surface to form islands. A suitable feeding ground for most kinds Of fish becomes, then, the top Of a sub marine hill or mountain.
