The editors, professors from Thomas M. Cooley Law School's Grand Rapids campus, produced this book in conjunction with the Grand Rapids Bar Association to celebrate the community impact in West Michigan of effective judges and courts. The Thomas M. Cooley Law School's Grand Rapids-campus Library has grown into the premier legal research center in West Michigan.
