Er liefs das in grofsen kupfernen Öfen gerüstete Fleisch zermahlen und mit diesem Präparate Proben anstellen, die jedoch ungünstig ausfielen. Der Gebrauch 'des Fleischmehls ist übrigens von Alters her im Orient bekannt.
