Excerpt from Index to the Revenue Register, 1870, Vol. 4Held (confirming the decision of the Civil Judge) that the tenancy of an ordinary puttadar, when properly created, entitles the tenant to the right of occupancy for the purpose of cultivation until default of payment of rent, and that it may be determined upon such default under Section 41 of Act.
