have always shared a fascination for the facts around all theatres of the Second World War with my Father and Grand-Father.It wasn't until I had the privilege of visiting some of the most sacred battle fields and POW camps that I was moved so emotionally, I had to write about it.For the first time in my life, I wasn't so concerned with the facts or the exact dates and locations. It was more about how I felt, how these places and the stories made me feel. I want people to read these poems, not for an educational purpose, but to feel what I felt, without actually being there and to grasp the emotion behind each one.
