Excerpt from Illinois Register, Vol. 19: Rules of Governmental Agencies, Issue 33, August 18, 1995, Pages 11707-12113The rate of pay as approved by the Director of Central Management Services for persons employed on a consultative or part - time basis requiring irregular hours of work shall be as listed below, except the total compensation of an employee. In any given month shall not exceed the monthly rate of Step 5 of the salary grade for the title as shown in the Schedule of Salary Grades (appendix B) of this Part if the class title is subject to the Schedule of Salary Grades, or Step 5 of the negotiated salary range for classes of positions shown in Section Subpart B, Schedule of Rates, or 75% of the maximum rate of those classes of positions subject to the provisions of the Merit Compensation System, Subpart C of this Pay Plan.About the PublisherForgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
