Excerpt from Illinois Register, Vol. 18: March 11, 1994, Pages 3164-3801The Department's Prequalification Section must receive the completed application for prequalification no later than p.m. Prevailing time no later than twenty - one days prior to the scheduled date of the letting for which the applicant desires to bid. If the day of receipt falls on a holiday, the following work day will determine the cut-off. The Department gives public notice of the letting dates and cut-off dates in the Service Bulletin. The Prequalification Section will make its determination at least three days prior to the relevant letting date.
