R. 4263, the Small Business and Minority Small Business Procurement Opportunities Act of 1994: Hearing Before the Committee on Small Business, House of Representatives, One Hundred Third Congress, Second Session, Washington, DC., May 24, 1994 I would like to introduce two letters into the record. The first is from Kathleen Schwallie, a representative of the National Associa tion of Women Business Owners expressing support for the goal. The second letter is from Hon. Jere Glover, the Chief Counsel for Advocacy at the sba. He outlines his support for the goal for women-owned businesses, an increase in the small business goal, the preservation of subcontracting plans, detailed reporting for small purchases, and definite linkage of any increase in the small purchase threshold to electronic commerce.
