Excerpt from Geology and Ore Deposits of Ainsworth Mining Camp, British ColumbiaThe principal producing mines in the district are the Bluebell on the east shore of the lake, No. 1, Florence, and the Highland, but several other minor properties ship irregularly.The field Work in connexion with this report was not confined to the actual mining camp of Ainsworth, but, in order to-solve the problems which demanded attention, the region to the north and south was examined with the result that the formations in Ainsworth and around Kaslo have been correlated.
