Leonard Whipley, a young man from Kingston-upon-Thames, embarks on a series of space missions which will decide whether or not he will become a Gentleman. Taking his example from his father, the legendary Piccadilly Whipley, Leonard aims to tame all natives and bring civilisation to the planets in the name of Whipley.
