From Ethnic Conflict to Stillborn Reform is the first systematic treatment of the major post-communist conflicts in both the former Yugoslavia--Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, and Serbia--and the former Soviet Union--Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Tajikistan.
